If you’ve been Googling things like:
-
How to set up an AI workshop
-
Where to find an AI consultant in Omaha
-
How to train my team on AI tools
You’re in the right place.
There’s no shortage of AI hype right now. But most teams aren’t looking for hype- they want real, grounded ways to apply AI inside their business.
That’s where I come in.
I lead casual, practical AI workshops for teams across Omaha and the Midwest. No jargon. No long slide decks. No nonsense.
Just clear, customized training that meets your people where they’re at.
Why AI workshops work (when done right)
Here’s how I run mine:
1. Pre-work matters.
Before I ever walk into the room, I do a light audit. I’ll usually visit the company’s About page and look at job titles to understand the room. Are these marketers? Admins? Ops folks?
That helps me tailor examples that actually land.
2. I use AI to prep for the AI workshop.
Once I understand who’s in the room, I’ll use tools like ChatGPT to help generate relevant prompts, examples, and tools based on your industry and roles.
If it’s a construction company, we’re not talking about ChatGPT for poetry. If it’s a nonprofit, we’re not walking through 100 automations for ecommerce.
3. The vibe is casual, approachable, and actually fun.
I keep it relaxed. Participants are encouraged to ask questions at any point.
I throw in stories and even some humor. If AI feels intimidating to your team, this will change that.
4. It’s not one-size-fits-all.
There’s no “standard” presentation. Every AI training session is customized.
Sometimes I run a 1-hour lunch-and-learn. Other times, it’s a half-day working session for department heads.
What happens after the workshop?
You’ll know it worked when:
-
People are referencing the examples days later
-
Team members start experimenting on their own
-
You hear, “We could totally use that for [insert task here]”
Whether someone’s never opened an AI tool, or they’ve been using it only to write emails, my goal is that everyone walks away having taken the NEXT step.
How to know if your company’s ready
Here’s a simple checklist.
If any of these apply, it’s probably time to book an AI workshop:
-
Your competitors are adopting AI, and you’re not
-
No one inside your company is pushing this forward
-
You don’t know what tools are safe, useful, or even allowed
-
You want real ROI, not shiny demos
-
Your team is curious but unsure where to start
Looking for an AI consultant in Omaha?
